How do I pay for my order?
Payments are processed securely by PayPal. When you click on the CHECKOUT button (on the Shopping Cart page), you will be taken to PayPal's site for payment.
There are two payment options:
1. Pay with your PayPal account (which allows for payment from your bank account or credit card) OR
2. If you do not have a PayPay account and do not want to sign up, you can pay with a debit or credit card (by selecting "Don't have a PayPal account?) This will allow you to input your debit/credit card information to make payment. You do not need to join PayPal.
For friends and family who would like to continue to pay with cash or check, you can print out the Shopping Cart page with your order on it (do NOT click CHECKOUT button) and give to me. You can also continue to e-mail me your order. Please use this website to view latest designs, products and prices.
What is the cost of shipping?
1. Local Pickup/Delivery (free): For friends and family in the SF Bay Area, you have the option of selecting this option if you can pick up your order (from my work downtown or home in the Sunset) OR if I can deliver to you at work, at church or other agreed upon arrangements. For this option, please select "Free Delivery in SF or Pick Up in Sunset" which can be found above the Total in the Cart at check out.
2. All Other (United States only): Flat Shipping of $6.00. We do not ship framed art prints at this time.
How long will it take to process my order?
Since we are a small business, we will try to process and complete orders within 1 to 3 days of receipt. This may change depending on volume of orders and busyness/delays in mailing out packages (including going to the Post Office).
I have a resales license. Can I pay for items without CA sales tax added to price?
Yes, if you plan to buy our merchandise with the intent of reselling and collecting sales tax. Please e-mail me your resale license # and I will give you a coupon code for 8% which will be equivalent to a pre-tax sales price.
Do you take special or custom orders?
It depends on what the special order will require and the availability of Lori and Julie. It doesn't hurt to ask (just send us an e-mail).
